One of the proposed developments is a shopping center at 1320 Atlantic Ave., at the corner of Anaheim Street, which includes Poly Burgers, La Lune Thmey restaurant (where elected leaders have held events including remembrances of the Khmer Rouge genocide), Babette Bakery and Smart N Final, which is expected to remain as an anchor tenant.
